「The resort was beautiful and well kept with lovely landscaping and modern buildings. The food was delicious in the main restaurant, so much do that we didn’t bother eating anywhere else. There was plenty of variety and they made it a point to change things up every night so it stayed interesting and appealing. The pools and amenities were wonderful and the start was excellent. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again! 」

「My first time coming to Egypt after many years of wanting to come and I finally booked and came, found coral sea aqua club and when I booked it I made a mistake of only booking a 5* hotel however after staying here for a week I have found out it is a 4* hotel, if 6* existed I would rate it 6*!!!! And amazing hotel with absolutely love friendly staff, I’ve had such a wonderful the food is amazing, the entertainment is brilliant, the rooms are clean and hygienic. I couldn’t ask for a better hotel...

「All the staff are fantastic, especially Mohamed the food manager, Karem the bar tender and all the waiting staff. My farther is 84 and was treated with the upmost respect from everyone. Best service we have ever had from any hotel. My only snag would be the evening entertainment is lacking but that is just being picky. Thank you Parrotel beach resort, we will definitely be back」

「Poor operation of check-in, low speed of wifi, leakage in the room when it rains, unstable hot water supply, but behavior of receptionist, room care member, etc… I was disappointed from such a fact which I was not expected… Pool, park & activities are good for kids.」

「I was very happy with the balcony. The cleanliness overall. The staff are all very sad looking and this made it hard to approach them.. When I asked them why they are so sad id often get told they are tired and have worked more than 12 hours. Barely any smiles. They are exhausted 」

「広い敷地内にいくつものプール、レストラン、バーなどエジプトのリゾートというよりヨーロッパのリゾートを感じさせる雰囲気のリゾートです。従業員の方達もとてもフレンドリーでサービスも良く気持ちが良かったです。 ただ残念なのは飲み物が冷えてない物が多かったこと、ビールもジュースもエジプトがそうなのか氷の使い方に問題があります。 アイスティーやアイスコーヒーを美味しく作れるようになって欲しいです」
