「Poor operation of check-in, low speed of wifi, leakage in the room when it rains, unstable hot water supply, but behavior of receptionist, room care member, etc… I was disappointed from such a fact which I was not expected… Pool, park & activities are good for kids.」

「The facility is a little old, but the housekeeping was well cleaned. I was able to have a comfortable stay. Especially, the meals from Christmas to New Year were wonderful every day, and the buffet at the main restaurant was also rich in variety. Every food was very luxurious and delicious.
