"Excellent value for money at Oonas Dive Club Hotel, especially for the location right by the sea and close to everything you need. The restaurant is very nice and well priced, so it never feels expensive to eat there. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, with communication second to none. Ahmed on WhatsApp was brilliant with quick replies and sorting tours and changes without any fuss, Mohannad at the desk during the day was always welcoming and professional, and Hegazy in the restaurant at night was friendly and attentive. Airport pickup and drop off were perfectly arranged and completely hassle free. A very smooth, well run stay from start to finish."

"It’s a very nice location and good resort. I was surprised that the women staff are not allowed to wear hijab with their own free will. Please work on letting them choose their options for hijab. The Indian restaurant was not great the buffet was amazing."

"We had selected “Mountain View” that we are on the first floor could only see the building next to us. It was a bit loud at times. Overall, the room was good and the people were helpful. Right on the water. "

"The hotel is in the middle if Naama Bay but it was very quiet and peaceful inside. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The front reception manager said if I didn’t mind waiting 20minutes I could have a poolside room. While I waited the staff brought me a welcome drink of fresh Hibiscus juice. The amenities were explained for well. I preordered my breakfast the night before from one of several set but flexible menus. It was delicious! The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were a good size. The sun loungers were comfortable and everything was very clean. The hotel has an Italian restaurant and an ice-cream parlour - and you get 10% off when you add anything you eat to your room bill. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it! Thank you to the staff :)"

"Had a room with sea and pool view. Tidy, clean with comfortable big bed. Stairs were not bad at all, of course it depends on your phisical health, but for my age 45 it was an easy task. Had breakfast only, which was ok, just the sweet pastries were not very fresh, though the sponge cakes was always soft. No ketle in room, brought my own water heater."
