"The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were tidy and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was convenient, close to town and local attractions, which made getting around easy. Check-in was smooth, and communication was clear. The environment felt safe and quiet, which made it a relaxing stay after a long day."

"Great location, close to waterfront restaurants and shops. I was pleased to find an EV charging station at the hotel, which I used during my stay. We stayed in Unit 17, and while the beds were comfortable and clean, the bathroom and toilet are in need of renovation, the toilet bowl in particular shows its age. The staff were friendly and welcoming."

"Sufficient parking in and around the hotel. The hotel rooms are ageing although the housekeeping cleaning was top notch. Some maintenances needed in the bathrooms especially. We were delighted with Willow who checked us in. Saw her single handedly multitasking and being informative, while prioritising queues. The three girls at breakfast were stellar at service too! Housekeeping staff were warm and greeted us on floors. Loved the pool and sauna.(no pool towels available) but I’ll attribute that to the weekend rush. Overall, except for the age of the hotel considering more modern ones in the area, I would stay again on my next trip. Nga mihi."

"Hallway light shines through sides of main door, tv was crap not even Freeview worked properly all channels and bathroom rotten scotia boards etc, and one morning heard room next door alarm going off. The money paid was disappointing"
