It was a very cozy room with a great view. The hosts were extremely friendly and had helpful recommendations about things to do in the area and even in Auckland where we were going afterward. They did a very nice job of making my wife and I feel at home. The breakfast was also very tasty.

Wonderful place to stay, very helpful host
When we arrived it seems there was a mixup regarding our dog on the booking site. This was taken care of efficiently and quickly even though the downstairs room was already occupied. Everything was clean, classy and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding.

Host was super-welcoming. Everything really clean and lots of character, could share the communal space (sitting room, kitchen if we had wanted to cook, etc.) and breakfast was amazing! Great view from our room balcony; we enjoyed drinking tea / coffee and just enjoying the view and the bird song.

It was a special place with good view of geyser, lake and the spa. the place is very clean and comfortable The breakfast was so nice...one of the best continental breakfast I ever had. The host is very nice and friendly.

The home is beautifully and tastefully appointed. The room we stayed in had a deck and lovely view of the lake and geyser. The owners are very friendly, chatty (when / if you want) and the breakfast was excellent. Couldn't fault it. Will stay again.
