"Check in time was not displayed when booked so missed checkin on my first night.so booked a room in another place for the first night. Far better room and amenities for half the price."

"Bedding was clean. Pillows comfortable. Rooms tidy. Check-in was easy and quick. Otherwise an old, tired facility. The pictures of a golf course etc. are close by, but not the views of an abandoned lot we saw. Parking is tight, but off the street. "Spa" refers to an old, worn jetted tub. The ensuite toilet in the main bedroom upstairs is so small it's hard to get in and close the door."

"Really nice hotel, conveniently located near Te Pua geothermal park. We all loved the room,which was perfect for a family of 4. The breakfast was really good with lots of varieties and really tasty. The special addition was the outdoors heated pool which we all loved and wish we could stay longer to enjoy."
