Room was really clean and well presented, the spa bath is super clean and very easy to use a great way to relax after being out exploring the Forest. Would highly recommend staying for a couple weekend away or as a family lots to do.

We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay at Regal Palms for our time in Rotorua. The staff is about the friendliest we have encountered anywhere in the world. The hotel is clean and they offer some fun activities for families. My wife and I squeezed in a couple of rounds of mini golf during some down time. The hotel is within walking distance of Whakarewarewa and it's not much further from there to Te Puia. We spent an evening at the Polynesian Spa and got a discount when we told them we were staying at Regal Palms. It's not enough that New Zealand is one of the most beautiful places on earth, so they go ahead and fill it with beautiful people.
