「Amazing Bach, everything you could need and would love to return some day」

「Nice sized rooms and good facilities and utensils, however the place was a bit shoddy and looks far better in the photos than real life. Standards of cleaning were also not what I would expect. Imagine the house would be very cold in winter. Views were lovely. Walk to town in about 20/30 minutes. 」

「Lovely venue, with a great lake view. House was clean, and check in was easy. Comfortable beds and bedding. A wonderful overnight stay for our group of 10.Minor complaint about some of the cleaning up items available (there were no dishwasher tablets available, so had to pop to the shop in the morning of check out to get some) Also there was no cork screw bottle opener so I couldn't open a bottle of wine :-(Otherwise it was a great experience」

「The property, although warm and dry, could do with a thorough deep clean. Everything looked tired. There were knick knacks decorating the lounge and ugly stuffed toys. Considering we are charged a cleaning fee it was very disappointing. The bedding appeared clean although no top sheets on the bunks. Two face clothes for our entire family of four was ridiculous and 1 teatowel for the enire weekend. Was insufficient. After paying over 900 for the 2 day stay we wrre left underwelmed. 「We had access to everything we needed- a fantastic stay and close to all the activities in and around Rotorua making for a great 'base'Plenty of room for our family of 5 and will absolutely book again if we have the opportunity. PS- Laundry was great to have after visiting Hell's Gate mud baths!」

「Room was clean and tidy. However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks」

「Terrific stay, highly recommend. Joe and Cynthia are fantastic hosts. Our family of five visited NZ from California. This was one of our favorite stays on the trip. Enjoy the four bedrooms and all the amenities - kayaks for the lake, pool, hot tubs, gym, trampoline, basketball hoop, etc. 」
