「My family of 4, including a 16 and 17 year old, LOVED staying at this home. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to just enjoy it! The home is both cozy and very up to date, the animals were a joy to see and Colleen was very communicative. The views were beautiful and the home location was perfect. We felt like we were far away, but we were actually close to many of our planned activities and town. I highly recommend this home!」

「Lovely venue, with a great lake view. House was clean, and check in was easy. Comfortable beds and bedding. A wonderful overnight stay for our group of 10.Minor complaint about some of the cleaning up items available (there were no dishwasher tablets available, so had to pop to the shop in the morning of check out to get some) Also there was no cork screw bottle opener so I couldn't open a bottle of wine :-(Otherwise it was a great experience」

「The property, although warm and dry, could do with a thorough deep clean. Everything looked tired. There were knick knacks decorating the lounge and ugly stuffed toys. Considering we are charged a cleaning fee it was very disappointing. The bedding appeared clean although no top sheets on the bunks. Two face clothes for our entire family of four was ridiculous and 1 teatowel for the enire weekend. Was insufficient. After paying over 900 for the 2 day stay we wrre left underwelmed. "湖が近いので散策がしやすかった。スーパーも徒歩圏内でリーズナブルに色々なものを用意できた。リネンは毎日新しいものが用意される訳ではなく、シーツは5日間変えられていなかった。バスタオルなどは新しいものが用意された。歯ブラシはお願いしたら使い捨てのものを持ってきてくれた。ランドリーも使いやすかった。一回4NZDで洗濯、乾燥機も同じ価格。基本的に日中は外にいたので大きな問題はなかった。湖に登る朝日が見えた部屋だったので、部屋の場所は最高だったと思う。もう少し安いとありがたいのだけども、、観光地だから仕方ないのかもしれない。"

"チェックインの時の係員の態度が良くない。２名いたが、１名は丁寧に一生懸命やっているが、もう一人はまるでやる気がない。一生懸命対応している方の担当者がいろいろとリクエストのある２組をさばいていたにもかかわらず、特段何もリクエストのない自分のチェックインにはそれ以上時間がかかった。チェックアウトはスムーズでよかったです。お部屋はとても広くて清潔ではあったけれど、家具が結構ヘタっていた（キャビネット）。あと便座が配管の関係からか、レンガ一個分くらいの下駄をはいていて着座位置がかなり高いので、小柄な人は用を足すのに苦労すると思う。シャワースペースだけ低くして他を高くすれば水回りも解決できそうな気がする。シャワーの水量は少なめ。"
