「The room was fairly clean, the floor was pretty dirty. The hotel just look run down and shabby. The room or decently sized and it was someplace to sleep for the night. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good but the breakfast room is small and crowded. It is fairly close to the beach and Hearst Castle is just down the road. No one was at the desk when we arrived so we had to wait to check in and no one was there when we checked out so I can’t comment on the staff. Overall it was just...

「Room was clean & well maintained. Only problem was that there was no air conditioning just a heater. Opening the door to the balcony definitely cooled down the room but if you’re a light sleeper, it really doesn’t totally quiet down until 10-11 pm and there’s still the ever present sound of occasional night traffic.
