"Gorgeous facility, excellent and attentive staff that went above and beyond to make us happy. It was just the relaxing vacation with all of our needs taken care of that we needed. A couple of points that we did not know: gratuity is included in the all-inclusive package. We did no know so we were tipping 20% on every time we ate or drank. Our gratuity charge at the end of our stay was over $1000 Also, if you are staying longer than 3 nights, you may want to be prepared to explore some off-site dining. The food was very good but we got a little tired of the choices by day 4."
