「This place as just okay. We stayed in an elite room which gave us butler service. Our butler, Roman, took hours to respond, gave us incorrect dinner reservation times and was overall underwhelming.
The pools were warm? Literally felt like bath water which is not what you expect in Mexico. Espically when the beaches are full of seaweed. We spent most of the time off resort due to this. Lights in the pool were all ripped out and it seemed to not have great filtration.

「Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here.
