「Nos gustó mucho a mi pareja y a mi, es un lugar muy tranquilo, tiene buena comida, buen personal, se pueden hacer los tours desde el hotel, son cumplídos con las horas. Es un hotel un poco aburrido, la gran mayoría de personas son de edad y gringos. Pero para relajarte esta súper!」

「The staff is amazingly polite and helpful fromthe time you exit the vehicle your family. Wonderful place for relaxing, but if your looking for partying excitement this isn't it. The food was good ,but the buffet needs more meat options other than pork. We still a blast and the swim out suite was amazing.」

「One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.」

「It was a pleasure staying at your property. The front desk staff was exceptional. Wander was amazing at check-in and very helpful with directions and information regarding the property and access to the room door. Hacell was superb, always providing outstanding service with a warm smile. He assisted me with my bags and suggested local food options. Willy & Carlos were very helpful assisting me with my bags upon my second visit same day I checked-out. I missed my ride back and return for one...
