「This hotel was a fantastic find! The atmosphere was incredibly clean and inviting from the moment we walked in. Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to JANE, who was exceptionally nice and kind throughout our stay. We'd definitely recommend this place! Super great price for your stay! We were so shocked how reasonable it was for the bay. 」

「All good. One issue, but too late to fix at this point: the hotel is located in such a noisy place (highway traffic) that the pool and jacuzzi are not attractive at all. The noise not only comes for the various highways and roads, but bounces back on the facades into the swimming pool area. Bad architecture from the start. The pool area should have been built on the other side. Oh but wait, that would have been facing north, in the shade… sandwiched between two buildings? 」

「The service at this hotel was fantastic. The desk staff were very friendly and welcoming and made efforts to make sure our stay was comfortable. I really appreciated the text message correspondence ensuring our needs were met and Melissa at the front desk went above and beyond. The room was clean and fresh each day of our stay and the beds, bedding and towels were of good quality. The bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap all smelled very nice. The room AC worked well...

「新しいわけではないですが、部屋は広く、清潔で快適でした。周辺の治安も良さそうで、徒歩圏内にマーケットや食事ができる店があるので数日の滞在でしたが、車がなくても大丈夫でした。日本人に取って馴染みのあるダイソーなんかも10分くらいの所にありました。」

「サンフランシスコ在住の叔父にリバモアは何もないと言われていたけど、とても素晴らしい景色が目の前に広がっていました。リスや野ウサギにも会えました。 オリーブ畑が綺麗な列で並んでいて、自分が絵本の中に入り込んでしまったような感覚になりました。 ここにずっと居たいと思いました。 急遽、1泊延長出来ないか相談したら、OK!してくれて、もう一日滞在することが出来ました。 ホテルの人はとてもいい人たちで、私たちに問題があった時に大変親切にしてくれました。 マッサージも受け、とても癒されました。 また必ず訪れたい場所です。」
