"My favorite hotel to go to when I fly in! "

"It was convenient, steps away from the lightrail for easy transportation throughout the Bay area. A convenient store feet away. The Civic Center and a Park blocks away. What I didn't like was not able to find ice and non working vending machines."

"The maintenance carts were in the hallway most of the day. The room was clean. The light in the bathroom needed replacement. "

"The hotel room is pleasant. However, the soundproofing isn't very effective; I could hear the TV from the next room. The complimentary breakfast is a big plus"

"The front desk personnel were wonderful and very efficient. Our room was perfect with minimal noise from surrounding rooms and traffic. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. I would stay here again."

"If you are realistic about your expectations you will find this property perfectly acceptable. Outstanding staff and rates. Rooms are dated but I believe a work in progress and acceptable. Great location, pool, hot tub and laundry facility."
