"The property itself is in a convenient location, rooms are basic, no real amenities and breakfast looked good but did not taste good. The thing that upset me the most is they charged me for an entire stay I already prepaid for and hindered my ability to use that card for the car rental which caused pure panic at the rental desk after a very long day of traveling. They had zero accountability other than "sorry" and I would eventually be refunded. While I was refunded days later, I would never...
