Nice little hotel outside the tourist hot zone - great rooftop terrace, responsive staff and comfortable mattress. Only thing is there's no sign of any kind outside, so if youre arriving at night its hard to get oriented. Good thing they shared a video of how to unlock the gate, thats how I recognized the location. Highly recommend!

Communication is excellent! Building is not labelled but management sends videos with how to get into property and room as it is self check in. Very easy to follow. Will stay again. Grocery shopping across the street. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Aboutb10 minute walk to 5th avenue.

The staff were very kind. The rooms are very basic and clean enough. Which is to be expected for the price. The bed was very uncomfortable though and the neighborhood is very very noisy.

Room was very clean, house cleaner was amazing, friendly ,and kept our room spotless. Check in was easy. The location was amazing, close to everything yet far enough away from 5th ave so you weren't kept awake from the partying. 5 minutes walk to the bus station and 2 minutes walk to grocery store or 5 minutes walk to Walmart. Pool area was great. WIFI was excellent Denis was very quick to answer any and all questions in English. Highly recommend this place

Amazing Stay at Playa Nah

We had an amazing six day stay at Playa Nah. Hotel is quiet and conveniently located. It's far enough away from the craziness of 5th avenue but is only a 10 minute walk to all of the commerce downtown as well as the beach. Having a stove, microwave and fridge is a real plus if you choose to eat in. Antonio was super attentive and a great host. We will definitely be returning.

The room was big and 1 block from large supermarket and few blocks from walking street and 17 min walk from airport bus. Kitchen was basic but had all we needed. Nice sitting area outside of room. Pool on roof small but nice to have.

Our vacation was a total hit! This property was next to every need we had and if not in very close walking distance! The room was very fonctionnal and clean with a mini fridge, gas stove top, sink and microwave! Minimalist and well enough for our 10 day stay! Even Away from the party scene there will always be nightime bustle, as it is not far off the corner of a big street,this is Playa Del Carmen! The inside of the building tho is very quiet but that surely depends on the guests, alot of drinking water in jugs available in the lobby and a coffee machine for all, what to say about the rooftop pool, even tho it is small, it is well enough to refresh yourself when needed with a nice local view! We loved our stay and we will come again for sure!

Price is right, but they only cleaned 1 time for 4 nights and we had to pay that separate. The hot water only lasted for a few minutes. The soap is terrible and they didn’t even refill it. I left my glasses in the terrace table and they claim I didn’t. Overall, it’s ok if you’re traveling on a budget and don’t expect much

Hab mich grundsätzlich wohlgefühlt. Ansprechperson vor Ort hat man erstmal keine, klappt aber auch so und via WhatsApp alles gut. Großer Supermarkt und alles in der Nähe, zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß so 20 Minuten. Was mir nicht gefiel: Bei Ankunft waren direkt 300 MXN Reinigungspauschale fällig - das Zimmer war aber nur mittelmäßig und oberflächlich sauber. Auf dem Ausklapptisck klebte essen, unter dem Bett war es dreckig und auch da lagen Essensreste. Find ich grundsätzlich blöd, mit der Pauschale ne Frechheit. Da wundert mich auch die Kakerlake im Zimmer nicht (2. Stock). Insgesamt aber alles in Ordnung, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht top in Schuss (Klobrille locker, Seifenspender läuft aus, Schranktüren kaputt...). Ich würd es wieder buchen, v.a. wegen der Dachterrasse und dem sehr sauberen Bett (immerhin).

Chambre bien équipée (frigo, four micro-ondes, table, AC...). A distance de marche des endroits touristiques, mais assez loin pour que ce soit calme. Les communications avec le responsable étaient claires et rapides. Belle terrasse sur le toit avec piscine. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il y avait beaucoup de minuscules fourmis un peu partout dans la chambre.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und wurde zwischen durch gereinigt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der kleine Balkon sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind um die Ecke. Der Strand ist weiter weg, aber das wussten wir vorher. Zum Playa 72 haben wir 70 Peso mit dem Taxi bezahlt. Vorher und während unserem Aufenthalt gab es eine sehr höfliche, schnelle Kommunikation. Das Einchecken wird einem sehr genau beschrieben ( mit Videos). Wirklich toll.

Immeuble tranquille mais environnement très bruyant. Appartement conforme à la description. Très propre. Situé à 1,2 km de la plage et à 1 km de la 5ieme Avenue, à 2 coins de rue du Méga et restos à moins de 1 km. Très sécuritaire. Dame qui fait le ménage sur les lieux une partie de la journée, très gentille et communication via un iphone en utilisant la traduction de l'espagnol au français. À l'entrée: eau potable et tout le nécessaire pour se faire un café en tout temps. Sur le toît, petite piscine et son environnement avec possibilité d'ombre ou de soleil très appréciés.
