"The pool is either very dirty or stained black. Housekeeping took dropping off towels one morning as an excuse to not clean the room at all that day. Room service takes the phone off the hook and doesn't answer. Go downstairs and order the food yourself, they tell you to come back downstairs 9 floors and fetch it yourself or wait. The AC unit was old, was in disrepair and froze over at 3AM. Hotel front desk the next day would not even radio to find out if the repairs had been made and told my..."

"Very difficult to het in and out of if you're driving in. Neat old building but definitely needs a better maintenance plan. Rooms are a little beat up. No blackout curtains and portable AC in the room. Mini fridge barley works. Water pressure in shower is the best I've had in a hotel so that's a plus. Close to strip district."
