「Parking was easy. The property was pet friendly. The owner was relatively easy to contact. I suspect that there was a mold issue in the apartment as I had a severe reaction to the air quality during my stay. There were a few things that weren't fully explained. For instance there were some issues with the TV that could have been easily solved with a sheet of "How to connect" set of instructions. 」

「This property was located in a very quiet neighborhood and was very safe. The owners were responsive to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable. The condition of the property itself was ok. The shower has a window that the neighbors can see into, so be prepared for that. There were lots of broken blinds on the windows and it was very obvious the owners were not sinking money into the property to keep it up. The bed linens were dirty, but the owners gave me the closet code to gain access...

「The heat I didn’t know that we couldn’t regulate so it was so hot some night and so cold some night. We were very upset about that. The cleanliness was OK. The comforter had a stain on it a sticky stain. No one replaced it it just was. It was just too hot and cold we didn’t get any sleep upset」

「Perfect communication, clear access, and a great location for where we needed to be. Really cool epoxied I concrete floors made it easy to have our dog with us, and modern fresh new bathroom with lighted mirrors, and the fanciest heated toilet seat/bidet/dryer business we’ve ever seen. Who knew we would leave a two-night stay NEEDING a heated toilet seat for home?! Great spot, nice and clean. 」

「The property was very clean once you got into the unit. There was a stairwell to get into the unit that was pretty long and steep and it was quite dirty. But once you got past that everything was very clean. The set up was a little odd, but it was represented well in the description so it was no surprise. The bathroom is on the second story of the unit which was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker for us. I wouldn't choose this unit if I had I issues with stairs or any difficulty...
