"Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Good workout room and good breakfast buffet and kick back dinner. Pizza on the Mezzanine was very good too. Great location too. We enjoyed our stay."

"Each time I went to the desk there was no one there. I spent 2 night there. the maids never came to my room and replaced the towels I had used the day before. The food at Revel restaurant was really bad. The server did ask would me and my guests wanted to return and replace the food. We decline and left."

The bartenders were all fun and lovely, and the servers during breakfast awesome! We were there for the A-10 basketball tournament and being so close to the area was a blessing. "

"We stay in DT Pittsburgh a few times a year for Sporting Events and have for over 14+ years. This was our first trip to the Even and I have to say, out of all of our Burgh trips, this hotel staff was the friendliest by far. We were greeted every time we came in or out (when they were not on the phone making reservations). It was clean and we liked the parking garage being across the street. Will absolutely stay here again and have been telling our friends about this hotel already. The location is decent. You are practically in the middle of everything. Even the Parking Garage attendants were friendly. "

"Attended a bridal shower at this facility. Stayed at the hotel overnight. The rooms were spacious, could use a little updating, but clean. The bathroom had a lot lots of lighting. Amenities were available. The staff was excellent. Everyone from check-in to checkout, and during the bridal shower were wonderful. Always helpful and pleasant. The valet service works very efficiently. Enjoyed our day!"
