「Hotel was clean and quiet even though 2 huge sporting events in town: Steelers vs Bengals and Pittsl vs Notre Dame. All the staff was very nice. The shuttle to and from airport and to local area is a gamechanger. Janet, guest services, was great. You could tell that customer service was more than a job for her. She genuinely wanted us to enjoy our experience. 」

「Room clean, pillows nice, staff kind, pricing and quality of food excellent. Parking sucks. No in and out at the parking garage (across the street). Maybe more of a Pittsburgh problem. I paid $62 dollars across the street and $90 total in Pittsburgh over 2 days!」

「It was my 3rd time to visit to Pittsburgh. I live in Japan, so don't know detail of this city, I stayed this hotel to see the Pittsburgh Pirates' game. It was little bit far from hotel to PNC Park, home of the Pirates. But hotel staff, room condition and breakfast were good. If I visit to Pittsburgh again, I may stay here. 」
