"The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

Top Carnegie Mellon University Hotel Reviews
Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh University Place
10/10 Excellent
"Let me just say that the front desk staff were EXCELLENT! They were always friendly and helpful. I frequently travel, and the customer service was a 10/10.
They were able to graciously accommodate a few requests. Before booking my stay I was apprehensive because I had read a few negative reviews. I can now tell you that I did not experience one negative thing.
I was also surprised that I could not hear anyone walking in the room above me- that is something that I CAN NOT stand.
The rooms were cleaned daily. I’ve stayed at places where you had to call and ask for housekeeping if you wanted it done. Some places even had a cutoff time to make that request. Not this one.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Top notch customer service! "
Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh University Center
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was exceptionally helpful. When I asked for directions to a store to buy an umbrella the gentleman at the front desk provided me with his or the hotel's umbrella to use. It was so super helpful and thoughtful. I was going to a ceremony and it started to pour while there- that umbrella was key! Thanks very much to MC hotel for putting guest first and caring!! "
