Our room was spacious and clean. Getting to and from the parking garage from the hotel is so easy! Beds were comfy and each bed had 4 pillows. Lots of outlets near the beds and the dresser area. Enormous lounge chair with ottoman to curl up in. Only downside was having to use the room key in the elevators. I know it is a safety thing, but it is inconvenient.

Staff was okay!! When we checked in everything was on point! The bed bugs took two weeks to get rid of the call girls in the lobby at 4:15 in the morning when we were trying to catch a flight with some guy explained everything I will never say here again!

Our group of eight returned from Heinz Hall just as the bar was closing, but the barmaid gave us our drinks in cups we could take into the lobby. Check-in staff was friendly and helped us with breakfast arrangements. Our breakfast server was very helpful and friendly; the selections she recommended were excellent.

Clean room, breakfast was order from menu but some was precooked and not very tasty. Parking garage was made for only small cars hard to maneuver in garage to park and just drive in/out. Thought for a Hilton it would be better instead comparable to Hampton Inn and they don’t charge for parking or breakfast

The Expedia description indicates that there is a shuttle, but there is not a shuttle and they haven’t had a shuttle for quite a while. There are no amenities and a few furniture is very outdated and worn, although it is in a good location for restaurants. Brittany, one of the front desk reservationist was very helpful and friendly, which was a positive.
