"Room was very clean quite spacious but you could hear the kids upstairs running in their room. Staff were very nice and friendly. "

"So we stayed for a hockey game. It took 2 hours from the time we entered parking line for valet until we were in the room. No rooms were available before 4. We missed the burg inning of the penguin game. The lines were unreal. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Lines for elevators were long. And restaurant did not have space. We have stayed here before without issue. But hundreds of people in the lobby either without rooms ready or waiting 1-2 hours to check in is simply not acceptable "

"Sheets did not appear to have been changed. Found numerous hairs and what looked like food stains on pillow case. Doesn’t appear that they mop the floors in the rooms regularly "
