"This was my second stay and the property was great. Heidi keeps it nice and clean and is a great host. She is very responsive. I love the neighborhood, too. It's really convenient to the supermarket, drug store, a few restaurants, nail salon, a wonderul soft ice cream store, and more. "

"Had a bit of trouble figuring out the virtual check-in process (I should've done it in advance) but once I got through that, everything was good. I do wish there were more options to leave luggage in a locked cubby after after checkout, since you lose access to the building after your checkout time, but the staff member that was there on Sunday was there until 4 pm and let me in. (This is mostly an issue for Sunday checkout since the restaurant is open late other days)"

"The location of this hotel is great. Parking is easy, but it's 16$ per day. Rooms are comfortable, AC is noisy, but besides that it's very quite. Breakfast is plenty, and very standard hotel breakfast. All in all we had a very nice stay"

"Great place for getting around Pittsburgh! Our family was visiting our daughter at Pitt over a holiday break. Having a large eat-in kitchen made it easy to make meals and have a family game night. Convenient street parking and enough room for everyone to have their own space was also a plus. Super easy check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Great location and clean, comfortable lodgings with plenty of linens. Big dining room, big living room with three couches, gorgeous woodwork. The check-in process was confusing—we were given a code but not told which entrance to use, the main gate was locked, and we had to enter through a connected house’s yard. The code also worked on a back door that led to a completely different space not shown in the listing. The house is connected to another property via a shared door off one of the bedrooms that *doesn’t lock from the bedroom side*, and there’s a lot of shared space (pool, basketball, patio, greenspace) scattered with personal belongings from the other house, which was very unsettling and again, *not communicated in the listing*. Also, no shampoo/conditioner provided - this listing is entirely misleading on so many levels."
