"The property is nice and the staff I encounter was helpful. The restaurant has good food and drinks. My problem was my air conditioner didn't work for 2 days and it was 79 degrees in my room. The last day I encountered someone downstairs at the desk who helped me and sent someone to fix the air conditioner. ..."
