"I absolutely love this hotel and always enjoy staying here whenever I’m in Pittsburgh. The location is excellent, and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful—always attentive, tactful, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. My room was spotless, and when I walked in, the scent was incredible—it felt like entering a beautiful spa. They even folded the toilet paper into a little bow, which was such a sweet and thoughtful detail. The hotel also has a great fitness center, a beautiful outdoor pool, and an indoor pool. And the breakfasts are absolutely divine—I truly love them! The breakfast team is fantastic, and the ladies make the most delicious eggs. A big hello and thank you to the entire team—I love you all! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again."

"We had a good stay with some really high points and some frustrations. Most of the staff was fantastic, helpful, and a delight to interact with. We ate 3 meals there. Two of them were great with wonderful service. The third was good but service was extra slow and inattentive despite there not being many other customers. The bed was firmer than I prefer and the couch sagged a bit, but the room was otherwise comfortable. I wish there had been a warning that there's a 37.5% tax on parking which changed the $29/night self parking into $39.88/night parking and might have affected our decision on where to stay while visiting Pittsburgh."

"Stay was great. They were doing renovations so it's hard to give a true review of what it will be like after. The room was beautiful. There was minor imperfections, flipped carpet tack, disconnected closet shelf bar, but otherwise was gorgeous. They shut off our room code a little quick so it made leaving a little bit harder. Was not crowded. Very kind staff. Amazing amenities. Bed was super comfie. Couchbed looked barely used. Typical hotel supplies. Great having a washer and dryer in the room! Temperature controls were brand new. TV wasnt controlled by annyoing proprietary interface like most hotels. Router directly in room so wifi was killer. Communication was a little difficult through texing/email (maybe combine these?) But was able to get ahold of the front desk over cellphone. We didn't have a room phone. The one outlet was too far from the light on the far side of the bed, which I actually found pretty funny. It may sound like a lot of complaints but those are undermined by just how good our stay was. Despite those faults, I would give the appartel 8/10. Already resvered a room for next year."
