"Staff always greeted you with a smile and went more than the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The surroundings were beautiful rainforest, pathways always clean and bright. The buildings were like beautiful palaces of yesteryear, decorated with magnificent carved wooden screens and furniture. Nothing was too much to ask. The spa offered many treatments including massages and facials. Best way to feel totally spoiled! The pool was clean and pleasant and the bar staff were fun. Poolside cocktails are great!!"

The hotel has fantastic amenities, beautiful facilities and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options every morning. Diamond and Jayant were fantastic every morning. Special shout out to the pool bar crew Khai and Tuk. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Avista Grande Karon. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨"
