Wir hatten für 3 Nächte gebucht, bei Ankunft wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben können. Zudem war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Dadurch ist unser Eindruck von dem Hotel natürlich ziemlich schlecht. Ansonsten hat in der einen Nacht alles gepasst, das Zimmer und der Pool waren sehr schön.

Je recommande cette hôtel Les commentaire négatif sont faux il m’ont effrayé mais la réalité sur le terrain est un hôtel haut de gamme avec une magnifique piscine ( chambre sur piscine ) lit confortable, ménage fais , et service client excellent ! Hôtel situer très proche de la plage à 5mn en scooteur ainsi qu’un centre ville et un supermarché accecible à pied à 1mn

We got a room with access to the pool which was worth every penny. The pool is very nice, clean and modern. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach but there is a shuttle available in the mornings to both Kata and Karon beach. Supermarkers and restaurants/bars are all in a walka le distance

The dark wooden floor in the shower room. You could not see whether it was clean or not. One key card per room. The air conditioner would turn off when we left the room and we would come back to a hot room .

This hotel was under par. Our room was a swim up to the pool which was awesome but that's it. The beds...omg, the beds are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. I can't ...it was like sleeping on the floor. What's the point! The pool however was great. The staff was ok. I asked for ice...don't have, I asked for fries( we were stuck in doors because of hard rain) Don't have, extra mattress topper because the bed sucked...don't have. Taxi? to get to the main area...don't have...So I blew up! Your a hotel and you don't have taxis?? All of a sudden they had someones number and 15 min later a taxi showed up. This hotel looks great in the pictures but its all just a coat of paint. You can tell they tried to make it look new and modern but it's sloppy. The shower boards on the floor actually hurt my feet. Like wth? Arghh.. don't waste your money. This room cost me $140 cnd a night. I stayed in the most insanely beautiful perfect hotel of my life just up a hill in Patong...called Mai House. That one cost me $114 a night and it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Just stunning. Go there. Not here.

This hotel was priced reasonably at $112, but could improve its level of service with some improved offerings. There wasn't any mini bar, and purchases from the reception had to be made in cash, no bookings to the room.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed here for 6 nights when travelling in Phuket. The room: we got a pool access room which was very convenient Had a nice and clean sit-out area for soaking up the sun. Bed was nice and big enough for me, husband and our 3.5 year old who wanted to sleep with us The children's cot was clean and basic and did the job well. The pool: Nice and clean it has enough pool chairs to lounge around the pool The general ambience: the whole place is small enough, but very nice and neat it is close to a main road, so you can hear the vehicles if sitting outside However, the windows/doors to the room are sound proof and the noise didn't get in. Breakfast buffet: Average Access to beach and other places: Karon and Kata beach are about 10 min away by Tuk/Tuk taco ( 200 baht) - there is also a hotel shuttle that takes you down to the beach in the morning. There are some fruit markets and road side cooking stalls for dinner and such. Seven eleven and pharmacy is close by Close-ish ( 30 mins) to Chalong temples, Big Budda etc Overall, its a nice place and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice hotel and quite close to the beach.

It's a nice new hotel, unfortunetely the isolation of the rooms isn't top. Lot of chinese tourists don't respects other people (trying to close their room door as hard as they can, scream all the time...) so if you're not to close to them or if they are not to much it's very nice but if not its quite noisy...

Decent hotel with great beach and food around

A clean and decent hotel for a few nights stay. Great price near some temples, markets, and sights to see in the south area of Phuket. Beautiful beaches are a moderate walk away with some great food choices nearby. "Hero Bar" which is a few blocks away has some incredible food!

Lovely friendly staff with clean spacious rooms. Pool just off my balcony Close to good cheep food and supermarket Beach about 20 minutes walk away. Thought this hotel was excellent value so have booked again for two weeks next month

Hotel à fuir

Hotel à fuir c est un 2 étoiles bar au bord de la piscine à l abandon petit déjeuner catastrophique avec des cafard aucun restaurant dans l hôtel salle de sport inexistante faire payer pour un 4 étoiles alors qu il vaut à peine 2 étoiles ne vous fier pas au photo et avis notre séjour et d avril 2017 pour notre lune de miel et franchement sa nous a tous cacher

服務好泳池水清潔，須不值4星但房間價錢合理，酒店提供旅遊諮詢，shuttle bus 去kata,及有電單車出租，行去海灘路只需15分鐘附近有24小時超級市場有免費泊車方便自駕。

Amazing place

Spectacular hotel with super value price. We got a beautiful room with direct acces to the pool! Breakfast included was good. The only opportunity it has is the internet quality for the balance of the variables it is excellent

Fairly new hotel which is well maintained.

Discovered on the Internet and the reviews were excellent which is not always the case. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained and a credit to the management and staff. My one reservations is the cost of breakfast - 400 bahts is a wee bit steep. The pool is clean but the sun beds need mattresses. I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hotel di design, a 15 min da Kata e Karon beach

La struttura e' moderna e confortevole, concepita in modo innovativo rispetto alle strutture della zona, anche per come e' posizionata la piscina, che poi sono 2 parallele che che costeggiano i lati lunghi dell'edificio. Molto apprezzato il letto king-size. Colazione nella norma, potrebbe migliorare con piu frutta locale (mango, papaya etc) e torte (mancanza assoluita) Personale alla reception troppo giovane e con poca esperienza, con conoscenza scarsa dell'inglese. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualita'/prezzo.
