Highly recommended, great location, the resort is exceptionally well kept with excellent facilities. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the restaurants inside the resort are all terrific.

Impressive grounds and very friendly/ helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with good amenities. The hotel made a real effort to lay on activities for all age groups, which was nice. One star deducted because the hotel was very dated and is in need of modernisation.

Proximity to the airport was perfect- a short walking distance but yet quiet. Pool was great. Place was clean.

The staff are super and go out of their way to help. They are incredibly diligent, easy to deal with, and always friendly and happy. The room was very clean and cleaned regularly throughout the day. It was also very quiet. The beach is straight across the road, and it’s an easy walk to both the Karon and Kata Beach shops and restaurants. A very enjoyable stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Lef and Aoy from the gym and kids club were wonderful! We will definitely come back and stay at the Pullman again. Highly recommend it.

It's a lovely location just across the beach and yet a quieter part of Phuket. The staff is very polite. The breakfast spread was a delight.

This resort is stunning. We stayed here for 10 nights, and can genuinely say this was our best hotel expereince. It is a family friendly resort, with lots of activities to keep everyone happy. 5 pools, which are all kepy very clean, and well attended by staff. The beach is just across the road, a word of caution, wait for the security guard to flag down the traffic before crossing. Breakfast was included for our stay, and we felt it was very good, lots of choice, plenty of coffee, and the wonderful staff, who greet you with a smile. As you can hopefully tell we were very impressive with this resort, and the staff who helped make it our home from home for those 10 wonderful nights in Phuket.

Love the place and the food we had every day. The position of the resort is fantastic, not too far from the Karon main streets where you find lots of nice restaurants , shops and a beautiful Temple!

We loved our stay. Room was beautiful and clean. Room service every day. Restaurant had lovely staff with delicious meals. The spa treatments were out of the world. Gym was very nice. Pool and shop was also nice. Will definitely visit again. Thank you to all the lovely staff
