Great hotel near the beach. Delicious breakfasts and clean rooms. A big plus is that in front of the entrance to the hotel there is a tap for washing your feet from sand. The only downside is the noise from the parties and transport traffic from Patong Beach area - but that was expected.

Definitely will return to stay here again. Stayed here for my birthday & this place brought me the cutest cake. The rooms are pretty nice & looking out at the ocean was the cherry on top. I have zero complaints

Staff was amazing everywhere around this property. Buffet for breakfast was ok. The road the hotel is located on is busy 24/7 and sometimes loud road noise, other than that zero complaints.
