Getting anywhere on the island is never more than an hour away. Traffic looks daunting but once you get used to the proper side of the road, it’s more forgiving than it looks. People will always give you room.

"Det tog oss timmar innan någon av de taxis i Phuket kunde hitta till hotellet, ingen kände igen adressen och telefonnumret vi fått av hotellet var fel och de funka inte med gps. Hotellet låg på en liten bakgata och när vi kom dit ca 19.30 va de ingen som kom och öppna till oss utan vi fick stå ute och vänta med våra väskor i en mörk gränd, de kunde knappt engelska och förstod inte att vårt rum redan va betalt och när vi frågade om saker som tex wi-fi fick vi inga svar eller fel svar. "Big clean rooms and room is equipped with fridge and kettle. I booked the room for 3 person but they did not provide extra bed ao I slept on the sofa bed which is comfortable. Location is good but only if you have your own transport. "
