It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. "The place was cleaned and the girls Made our bed daily and changes the linen’s regularly. My husband went to the pool he used the raft and noticed a leak in the seam and he mentioned this Michael. Suddenly this was his fault and he needed to pay for it. Then Michael the owner proceeded to tell us we had to pay for the electricity. What? Never has a rental studio asked for electricity payment. "High property. Very modern. Loved the laundry service. Everything about the condo was nice. The lights going on with motion was different. In the middle of the night the lights would turn on and off on their own which made for sleeping interesting. Location was not always known by the cab companies. Good all around."

However, on arrival we were asked to leave a passport with the owner as a deposit for the entirety of our stay, therefore one of us would have not had our passport on us whilst in the country which is not allowed for foreigners.
