"This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. My husband and I arrived for our honeymoon and from the second we showed up, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter which made getting to and from the area very easy. You are about 5 minutes away from Kamala beach and about 20 minutes away from Patong beach. The pool closes at night at 10 , but on all nights except for the first night, there were families with kids in the pool at 12am and one night it was 1am. I was awakened by the playful screams of small children. This was the most uncomfortable experience here. "It's a very hot country, and even though the air conditioner broke down, I couldn't contact them, had to pay my own money to sleep in a different hotel for a night, had to pay the electricity bill separately, and even though I changed rooms, the air conditioner didn't work properly!
