Our stay at Grand Kata VIP exceeded every expectation and was one of the highlights of our first trip to Thailand. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and treated us like valued guests rather than just another reservation. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible team. Every staff member was warm, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our family. Whether it was answering questions, helping with transportation, offering local recommendations, or making sure everything was perfect during our stay, nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to enjoy everything Kata has to offer. After long days exploring Phuket, it was the perfect place to relax. This was our first visit to Thailand, and Grand Kata VIP played a huge part in making it such an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be returning, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. "This was a beautiful property on the beach. I was upgraded to a sea-view room, but I couldn’t really see it because there was another unit obstructing the view. I also had ants in my room and I had to throw out my snacks because of the ants. I also had geckos in my room. They would chirp each morning ..."
