「The hotel looks like it is about to fall down from the outside. The lift is approx 2ft x 3ft which should be highlighted during booking as a wheelchair only will fit inside. 「部屋は広く清潔だが、通路及び部屋のドア開閉音が、部屋に響く。上階の歩行音も大きい。駐車場があると聞いていたが、実際には路駐で駐車場所を探す必要がある。この近辺のホテルはどこも同じかもしれない。」

「昔ながらのスタイルのB&Bという感じで、建物は古そうでしたが綺麗で、スタッフもフレンドリーだしいい感じのホテルです。部屋は狭かったですが、風呂の湯もしっかりでたし、バスタブも大きめでいいです。部屋は海側ではなかったのですが、朝食会場からは海が見渡せてよかったです。雨の予報だったけど、晴れてきたので、バスツアーでセブンシスターズを見にゆきました。駅からスーツケースを引きずって行ったのはちょっときつかったけど、よく調べたらバスで行けたので、帰りはバスにしました。」

「とても良かった。 良い点、 1)部屋は広く明るく、暖かかった。 2)オーナーはとても親切だった。 重い荷物も部屋まで運んでくれた。 電球が切れていたので言ったらすぐ交換してくれた。 いつも会うといろいろ話しかけてくれた。 3)朝ごはんは8時から10時までで、イングリッシュブラックファスト、オムレツ、エッグベネディクト、ともう一つ忘れましたが、の4種類から好きに選べるだけでなく、ミックスしたり追加できたりした。 他にもフルーツやシリアル、パンやヨーグルトなどもあり、評判通り美味しかった 4)周りは静かだった。 いまいちだったところ。 1)エレベーターがない。これは知っていたので別に困らなかった。 2)シャワーの水圧が弱かった。これはほとんどのイーストボーン のホテルと同じ問題である。海辺なので水圧は弱いそうです。 でもバスタブはあったので、ゆっくりできた。 その他、 ベッドは私にはちょうどの硬さだったが、人によっては若干固く感じるかも。 」
