"Had an exellent time at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was so polite at all times. Angel and Aciel took very good care of us during our stay. I loved how close this hotel is from quinta avenida, and how celebrated my husband felt during our stay. The only down side of this was that I requested a taxi to go back to the Cancun airport. Unfortunately, I was dropped off at the wrong terminal, which put us in a stressful situation. Then, had to pay $1,000 pesos for a taxi at the airport to take us to the correct terminal. Other than that, the trip was amazing! "

"The cleanliness of the whole resort was perfect. Our room had excellent services. The food was spectacular. Couldn't ask for friendlier and helpful staff. We had issues with our flight which in turn we kind of got scammed on transportation. Resort public relations went above and beyond to help us and made things spectacular. 100% going back"
