The resort is spectacular, with breathtaking views, beautifully designed facilities and an incredible sense of privacy and tranquillity. The facilities are outstanding. The **gym is amazing**, while the **spa and hydrotherapy pools are truly sensational** — perfect for relaxing and recharging. What really sets Nekajui apart, however, is its people. The staff were passionate, professional, warm and exceptionally courteous....

「The staff is what makes the stay! An absolutely phenomenal group of people who truly care about you and what they do. Buffet food was great although the a la carte restaurants stood out. From the moment I checked in with Mitzi, to the little tour and information provided by the bellhop Elvin to even the servers and hosts (I wish I could remember everyone's name!) but quite the excellent stay. I absolutely fell in love with Costa Rica and will be back!! There were a few snags along the way but...

「The staff and workers were nice and polite at all time. There was no hot water which it difficult to get ready to travel home. I called twice, told the front desk while checking out. Nothing was done or offered for the inconvenience. The food was delicious especially at the speciality restaurants.」
