Some of the staff was very nice and helpful.. One clerk was A total jerk... we needed extra towels because the shower would leak on floor when we used it and he wanted to charge us.. like really!






Check in was a nightmare - almost an hour and the staff were rude. Bathroom was a joke. I've stayed in many hotels in Paris and yes rooms are small and bathrooms smaller but you couldn't even turn around in the shower and to sit on the toilet you had to turn sideways. For the entire 8 night I spent at the hotel, our room was never clean nor even once, no towels changed, no bedsheets change, that wasn’t impressive.
