「Amazing location if you are looking for a secluded feeling but still close enough to all activities! The house is very spacious and kitchen is well stocked for cooking, but definitely bring your own staples. They don’t supply the basics like salt and pepper/ olive oil ect.. The wind here can be pretty aggressive! At least that was our experience. Be prepared to feel the entire house shake! 「Travis the owner is AMAZING. Having him as our neighbor could not have been any better. This review however is for vacasa... The pictures were incorrect i have screen shots of them and the emails i got. The listing said outdoor recreation and stated i would receive a separate email to get discount rentals. WRONG!! After several calls and emails they claim they do not do this. Again i have screen shots of everything. Then to beat all they changed the pictures after i questioned about the kayaks...

「Breath taking views of sunrise and sunset Plenty of breeze off the sound and no need for AC I would buy this home if it were available on the market. Home was built in 1993 and has held up fine in this island environment. Weathered decking could be a potential issue with splinters for younger kids. King and queen mattress are very firm and need a pillow topper. This only ask is that someone would have let me know what coffee filters that I needed or left a few behind for the next person.」

The property management, Vacasa, on the other hand ruined our family vacation. In addition to the lack of cleanliness (beds unmade, comforters filthy, dog hair everywhere, used bar soap in the shower, and piles of swept up dirt/hair/sand), within 24hrs of arrival, we received two calls from Vacasa with complaints of occupancy and smoking-which were inaccurate and false.
