「Safe in depopulated areas」

「the room was clean and staff was nice and friendly. the place is dated and needs major updates. the resturant in 3rd floor was not the quality you want for the prices. the gym was clean but needs some stretching area and items, like roller, bands, cube. would reccomend they remove all the fake plants everywhere.」

「When I visit Santa Barbara, I always choose this hotel. It's a clean, cozy, and convenient hotel. The staff are also kind and friendly.」

「It’s a very clean room and a nice owner」

「Great location. Super convenient, close to the beach, bus and good shopping options.」

「The proximity to the beach and some restaurants are great. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Parking was easy. We ended up parking in the streets to avoid the fee. Only downside was the bed. The mattress needed to be updated. We sank in the middle and it didn’t make for a good nights sleep」
