「Really nice hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious and I loved having a suite. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an upstairs suite and it was perfect- it was surrounded by trees with a few of the river in the distance. I could keep the windows open and still maintain privacy while being blissfully quiet outside. I stayed for 5 days and it was the perfect home base for my trip. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Florence.」

「We stayed in Florence for one night. The place was great; nice view, central location, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, at a good price. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Florence again.」

「Nothing amazing . For this price , AC should work , water in the bathtub should drain , bed sheets should be without weird spots , outside where tables are should be at list a trash bin .」

「Clean, easy access but no soap or shampoo, etc. No extra bedding for the hide a bed. Details that would've made a better experience.」
