「 Staff (Peggy) was very friendly and accommodating. Family and I used to come fairly often 25-30 years ago. Nice to see they have the same themed rooms. As always, being right on the ocean front, dealing with sand and TLC for the property is a constant job. I spent four nights there and really enjoyed myself. There was a time a number of years ago when they no longer allowed children. Not sure that is still the case, but would be worthwhile to check. 」

「It was a great room, comfortable & so close to the 804 trail & "downtown" Yachats. We booked a room described as partial ocean view - we had an amazing view from the full picture window to watch the waves crash. Definitely would recommend rooms 41, 42, 43」

「Terrible Experience – ADA Violation, Unsanitary Room, and Unauthorized Charges I booked a stay at AmeriCoast Inn through Expedia, and the experience was unacceptable. The room was extremely unsanitary and had a strong foul odor, making it unfit for occupancy. Despite declaring my son service dog and providing ID upon check in the hotel. 「Horrible experience-very uncomfortable bed - could feel springs any way I laid. Didn’t sleep well. Old chairs that should be thrown away and smelly. Toilet was unacceptable- the size for a child - too short and small- fell when trying to get up off the commode! Spotty internet even with password- weak signal. Room smelled of mildew and smoke. I’m requesting a refund 」
