「Our room was beautiful and clean, overlooking the town. The bed was very comfortable with nice, high quality linens. Kudos on that. The only thing that was off putting was the weird breakfast situation. You have to put in an order of 4 items (which includes butter/or cheese, etc.)only the night before so they can have your sack breakfast in the morning. For the cost of the hotel, it felt like a cheap way to wiggle out of providing a decent breakfast. Coffee was just so-so.」

「The rooms were clean, well stocked with towels and coffee. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! We will definitley be coming back again and again. The restaurant across the street had a phenomenal breakfast as well. The only thing that was not the greatest was the pool, it was clean but the chemical smell was terrible and burned our throats and eyes and we couldnt stay in there very long. But i learned from a certified pool operator, that happens when there is not enough...

「The location of this property is absolutely perfect, situated right on the beach which allowed for some wonderful long walks. The staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and always responded to our requests immediately. Our room was both clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a fantastic variety of options for vegetarians and eggetarians. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay!」

「Room was “ok” there was dirty towels left from previous guests missed by housekeeping and the curtains has black visible stains. Bed was comfortable and view from the room was enjoyable as well. Food at the bistro was AMAZING their staff was all incredible as well.」

「Our family of 5 stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was a lot more spacious than I thought and the layout was very nice. This is our second time back this year and we are always very happy with the staff and amenities. The staff is prompt and helpful. The gym and just enough, the indoor pool is our favorite and the location is great. The breakfast is also very good and provides a lot of variety. Overall, its our favorite place to stay in Newport!」

「This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we visit Brookings. The view is great, location is convenient, dog friendly option is a plus, rooms are great and staff is always friendly. Free breakfast is also a nice touch! We love this hotel =)」

「Before my bad review let me be clear. The personal was nice. Really helpful but I have a bad experience. The sofa bed had a disgusting big spot that forced me to sleep in about 2 ft to avoid getting contact with that. Even with a bed cover i tried to avoid it. Unfortunately the hotel was full so I can't get another room. The manager on duty said something about deductions but at the end I paid full. Couldn't said anything about breakfast because I didn't eat there.」

「The front desk staff lacked customer service and seemed confused. After checking out, I realized I forgot an item in my room and went back to the desk. The agent saw me standing there but completely walked away, leaving me waiting for nearly 10 minutes until other staff finally stepped in to help. Also, the pictures online are misleading. The actual property looks pretty rundown in person.」
