「We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and had a fabulous time. Easy paved path down to the town center, shopping and restaurants. Perfect view of the bay, town and fireworks as well. Will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.」

「The location of this property is absolutely perfect, situated right on the beach which allowed for some wonderful long walks. The staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and always responded to our requests immediately. Our room was both clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a fantastic variety of options for vegetarians and eggetarians. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay!」

「Room was “ok” there was dirty towels left from previous guests missed by housekeeping and the curtains has black visible stains. Bed was comfortable and view from the room was enjoyable as well. Food at the bistro was AMAZING their staff was all incredible as well.」

「The staff were friendly and we were checked in fairly quick. They did have an issue with one of the elevators, but it was fixed the day we got there. We were bummed we weren’t able to use the fire pit area because we brought our dog. It was one reason I booked there, as I didn’t see anything on here about that area being off limits to people with pets and it was not mentioned when I called to confirm room availability for bringing our dog. It wasn’t until I read the flyer we received at checkin...

「Our family of 5 stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was a lot more spacious than I thought and the layout was very nice. This is our second time back this year and we are always very happy with the staff and amenities. The staff is prompt and helpful. The gym and just enough, the indoor pool is our favorite and the location is great. The breakfast is also very good and provides a lot of variety. Overall, its our favorite place to stay in Newport!」

「The property was extremely clean and updated, the staff were very friendly, available, nice, and communicative. There were many amenities such as continental breakfast, fitness center, multiple bathrooms, and multi-tiered parking. From the outside it doesn’t look quite as nice as it is on the inside, which was a very happy surprise.」

「The front desk staff lacked customer service and seemed confused. After checking out, I realized I forgot an item in my room and went back to the desk. The agent saw me standing there but completely walked away, leaving me waiting for nearly 10 minutes until other staff finally stepped in to help. Also, the pictures online are misleading. The actual property looks pretty rundown in person.」
