「Stayed in License to chill and exceeded my expectations! The view from the 3rd floor was breathtaking, this jr condo had everything we needed for our three night stay. I have stayed at a lot of places in Lincoln county (I used to live in Waldport) and this was by far my favorite place, maybe ten steps to the beach, walking distance to amazing restaurants and gift shops! 10 out of 10 recommend!」

「Room/condo was awesome. Full kitchen, spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms!! The pool/ sauna were great. Except they closed at 4pm!!! On a Friday night and Saturday!!! When asked they explained that they are having staffing issues. But we were a little disappointed because we came for the pool and the coast. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Beach access was a little hike, but beautiful and private. They had tons of fun board games/ puzzles to borrow. Also a wonderful coffee/ hot chocolate bar...

「The hotel is outdated but not horrible. The main issue was the pool. When we take our family on vacation our kids favorite part is the pool. However, the pool experience here with children is HORRIBLE!!! They have NO seating around the pool and don’t allow chairs to be brought inside. No kids under 14 are allowed in the hot tub even if there isn’t a single other person in the pool area and they spy on you and come and tell you to get your kids out of the hot tub. The couch does need to be replaced and the bed is not comfortable. We did observe a staff member having to run two homeless people off the property. 「It was easy to locate, I received great communication from the property, definitely dog friendly, unique and interesting furnishings throughout the property. It’s such a peaceful and quiet place. We had a great time there—truly getting away from city life. 」

「The host failed to text or email check in instructions . They did not answer the phone , Expedia did not answer my messages on the app . I lost hours trying to figure out how to check in and almost had to go home . What a horrible experience. All to find out the host blamed it on Expedia 」
