「We were visiting from the Midwest (Missouri) and upon arriving we learned our room would not have an ocean view and I asked the young man at the reception desk if he could find us a room with a good view, since we don't have the chance to be at the beach very often. He gave us a room with a fantastic view, on the top floor. Rather than turn on the television later that evening, we moved our chairs over to the window and watched the beach and witnessed the sunset on a perfect day. Early the next...

「Check-in clerk , though nice, spoke way too softly. Our room was clean and very spacious with two bathrooms and beds. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Coffee maker and coffee was provided in the room. Access to the beach was good. We had a very nice stay.」

「The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Housekeeping was available if you called for it, it was a bit of walking to the parking lots but we were able to get a ride to get our luggage to our room. Overall great stay with beautiful views.」

「The place is great! However, we just happened to be on the second floor and the people upstairs were really loud until 1am, pounding feet when walking, dragging chairs. Other than that the property is convenient for our beach stay!」

「Perfect suite for our family of 4. Beautiful views of the ocean, Haystack Rock, and easy access to the beach. This is our second time staying here, and will be back again in the future.」

「Staff were amazing and I want to help out family owned businesses. The best part of this stay was the ocean view. Otherwise the room we selected was in need of upgrades. Very small room with stools that were stained and falling apart. The tv is very small, not a deal breaker, just be prepared that if you are there to sleep it fits the needs. Do not plan to spend much time in the room.」

「I wish I could rate higher but we were on the 4th floor and elevator stopped working, it wasnt so much an issue for us but other guests. This was the old Shilo thats owned by Elizabeth Inn, property is being remodeled」

「The room was lovely, a great view of the beach. A nice remodel from the previous Nordic Inn. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, so anyone with a walking disability needs to do stairs from 1st and 3rd floors. The path down to the beach is long, steep and uneven, so again, disabled guests may not be able to maneuver. Breakfast was good, staff friendly, helpful and kind. Would recommend , disabled people should review accessibility needs.」

「Sraff said room will fit 8. Couch does not go into bed. Love seat is to small to sleep on. Givin 3 queen beds for 8 people. No hid a bed available when asked. No extra pillows or blankets available. 1 person had to sleep on the floor.」

「Excellent place to stay . Beautiful view of the River and bridge.The only down fall is, if you have alot of luggage, there's no elevator. There's a ramp, but then you have to carry it ALL UP 2 sets of stairs if your on the third floor, like we were. All the employees were super friendly. We would stay here again, but request the 2nd floor」
