「Property was over priced for quality. Bed cover had stain (red) was either jelly or blood. Hope it was jelly. Bed was messy when made on far side . Parking was at a minimum and had to walk up hill to get to room. Not handicap friendly. One lady barely got her father up steps. He had a walker and thought it was a ground level. But there are steps. Breakfast is a grab and go. Not really an included breakfast. Was first disappointment on a multi week trip」

「This was a much better than expected stay! The room was spacious and clean, and the property felt more like a Hilton or Sheraton than a Best Western. Nice beach viewing area just outside the elevators of each floor that was a really nice touch. Very convenient location just off US 101 and beachfront property with beach access!」

「My room was erroneously charged for items that I did not purchase. The staff was friendly and helped reversed the charge upon request.」

「We were over charged by this hotel. I called them letting them know I was from Canada. I have long distance charges to prove it. I was told she could book from her side which she did. Little did I know it was in U.S. funds as I made it clear I had to make our vacation affordable due to the weak dollar. I now have confirmation that I was charged over 900 U.S. the guy at the desk told me I booked it and I told him I did not the hotel did I am unable to book in u.s. funds from Canada in my Expedia...

「It was a great location, with our back door opening right onto the ocean. Perfect for walking on the beach or watching a sunset. It’s a 1947 property so don’t expect much from the room. Staff were great and room was clean.」
