「This property has a fantastic location…but it has not been well maintained. The room had a very strange smell and the beds and linens were poor quality leading to an uncomfortable night. The elevator was out of service which was difficult when staying on the 3rd floor with my elderly mother. The ice machine was broken and everything just seemed to be very run down. There was not nearly enough staff in the restaurant leading to an hour and a half wait to get our breakfast. The location was a...

「The staff is amazing, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful with enough variety to accommodate my whole family. A quick walk to the beach with a private trail is perfect.」

「Book our reservation with 3 bed, but turn out when we checked in, only 1 king bed , 1 sofa bed and 1 sofa, and the sofa bed not even secured standing on the floor after turned it into a sofa bed, looks like will be collapsed anytime if you sleep on it. Also, we had 4 people in total , only one set of pillows and blanket on the king bed, rest of the “beds” , NOTHING!! Terrible stay in experience, it doesn’t worth for a $450/ night. Won’t book it again.」

「Our upstairs balcony room was exquisite! It is literally on the Siuslaw River! The view was beautiful with the fog rolling in in the morning and night and then burning off during the day. The historic Siuslaw Bridge is practically a stone's throw away. With that, though, comes the humming of the cars. Even with everything shut, we could still hear a strange sound, which I thought was a ghost. I even made my husband go outside to see what it was. That's when we realized it was the vehicles...

「Stay was good. Very nice rooms. However, they will charge you for any amenities they deem "Destroyed" I was charged for just about every amenities from sheets, towels, bathroom rug and It has been a nightmare to get ahold of the Manager Cecilia to see if I could appeal the charges. Please do not stay at this hotel UNLESS you carry amenities like towels, sheets, blankets, rugs or anything else in between.」

「This place is rated Excellent on Expedia and it is not excellent. Granted I had high expectations based on the rating, but it was only "fairly good". Definitely not worth $200/night. The bad: Sauna - out of order Hot tub jets- not working Pool- too cold for an indoor pool but not icy. Ice machine- out of order BreKfast- free, but not good. Not any meat T all, eggs were in a refrigerated cup you had to microwave. Beds- comfortable but not on great shape Laundry- I had no intention of using it...
