"We had an ocean/beach view balcony room with a king bed and it was wonderful and right on the Seaside Promenade. The hotel is currently under renovation but that didn’t restrict us in our enjoyment and look forward to returning again in the future to see what the inside and outside look like when they are completed. Front desk team were lively, great and communicative! Husband used the gym and could see the ocean from there too."

"Room was not totally clean as pull out sofa was very dirty under the cushions. Pool area needs updating as well as the furniture as cloth cushions do not dry properly in a humid environment "

"Stains on carpets and chairs and in the shower. The pictures are all misleading. Nothing looked as nice as the pictures! Tarps on the roof. Caution tape around half of the building. We ended up not staying we were so uncomfortable. "

"The rooms are pretty clean. The facilities are clean. I would say that all of the base boards need to be cleaned and sanitized as there was dirt build up on all surfaces in our room. "
