「Thank you for wonderful hospitality. We spent 5 days with family at your hotel and we had wonderful experience during our stay. Good communication and proactively support by the reception. Location was good and easily commute to the nearest station and huge shopping center, also amazing garden parks. It took a little bit time to commute to Central London by subway, but it mostly does not matter for us.

「I have to thank this hotel so much for 4 nights stay.
The good points are:
・The staffs are very kind and friendly.
・The nearest station:Stratford has two subway lines to the center of London and has a direct line from/to airport, so, it is convenient.
・The room has a heater or air-conditioner, fine bathroom, I could feel always comfortable.
・All the time, the room cleaning and bed making were well done.
・The breakfast is free, I like the taste.
Just one thing what I would like to suggest...
「I only stayed for one night, but thought my one night was fabulous. Check in was easy. Serena was absolutely lovely & very welcoming. I was a late check in & she was kind enough to offer me a sandwich. Room was ideal for me. The decor is as good as it looks in the pictures and the room is extremely clean and cozy. The bed amazingly comfortable. The bar was busy & reasonably loud, however, didn't affect me in my room. Would stay again.」
