There was dust visible in multiple areas, which made the room feel poorly maintained and not properly cleaned before arrival. On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly when approached. Unfortunately, despite informing them about the cleanliness concerns, no action was taken to resolve the issue, which was disappointing. Overall, while the room had potential, the lack of proper cleaning and follow-up from staff significantly affected the experience."

"Hotel itself is great and the staff were really friendly on check in. Room are small but comfy and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great too. Only downside is that the bar/restaurant in the hotel was really bad for drinks. They were super slow, forgot our orders and still put on a crazy service charge. Other than that it’s fab! "
