Solo female traveler. Hotel was secure requiring room keys to enter. Staff was very friendly and informative. Room was great size and uniquely decorated. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice size. Had neighbors on both sides and couldn’t hear them except when I was out in the hall.

The room has everything you need. I used the ironing room which was ideal (on floor 1, swipe of the card). Lovely staff and easy check-in and check-out process. I would say the noise from the main road outside, with the window closed and the air conditioning on was audible. But nothing at all from the occupied rooms either side. Perhaps just sirens those nights! Great breakfast that was topped up during the hour we ate. Also you can get a fan from reception if it hot!

If you want a peaceful nights sleep don’t stay here. Our room was on the main road and it’s a very busy road and extremely noisy. It’s ideal for Westfield shopping centre as less than 10 mins walk. Bathroom not ideal as has a big step up into it with a lip on which if you’re not carefully you can easily catch your foot on and trip. There were hairs in our shower so we didn’t use it and the covering on the flooring was all peeling off so badly that it transferred to your feet. Clearly people were smoking in their rooms as the corridor outside our room stank of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was okay but apart from the hot food nothing was covered and there were small flies landing on some of the food. Staff not the happiest. Bar area is clean but has no atmosphere We usually stay in the ibis in Canning Town and the quality of that is 100% and Is only 2 stops before on the jubilee line so would recommend that if you have the Choice.

Only critism is that there was not a floor mat for the feet as the pod style shower is VERY slippy. Housekeeping staff were lovely and very helpful. Clean, convenient for where we needed to be and close to transport hub for underground, rail and buses.

Location was good. Check in was quick. The room was modern and shower bathroom was clean an modern. Room was cool with unit avaliable. Only slight moan the sofa bed didn't have any bedding available, I couldn't be bothered to go down and ask as got in late,an was a warm night anyway .
