"This was a decent value and in a good location in Wells. New property and seemed like they were still working some small kinks out. I would judge it slightly less in quality than its fairly direct competitors. Some of the non-chain but similar quality hotels in Wells/Ogunquit are a bit better."

"They were doing construction while we were there but we were warned ahead of time. Rooms seemed updated and the view of the beach was amazing. My only complaint was the lack of light in the bathroom. The showers are very dark, other than that it was great."

People were smoking around my room sitting right next to their doors,. I think I’ll spend a little more money next time. The breakfast was terrible."
