「Perfect location to walk everywhere! The location is so pretty, clean and very well taken care of. The room was very comfortable with a sitting area, balcony and kitchenette.
The morning breakfast was wonderful, a great selection of fruit, breads and eggs to order....❤️❤️❤️.

「What a wonderful place! Very friendly service by Dole! Yummy home-made breakfasts! Quiet at night with quality beds and bedding! Sparkling clean bathroom. Huge bedrooms. Central location within 2 minutes walk to York Beach and Harbor. Host freely shared information about the surrounding area, including restaurants, beaches, parking, directions, etc. We absolutely enjoyed staying here, and over the years, we have stayed in many lodgings -- and this trumps them all! We intend to return!」

We stayed in Cathedral room which is up narrow steep staircase, facing the road.
Handy location for Portsmouth with the stress of parking removed.」
