"First thing is the pictures used for booking are nothing like where you actually stay. The hidaway bed shouldn’t even be offered as a place to sleep. You could feel every spring in the matrice and it was very thin. Rooms were not clean or the resort. Everything is run down and way over priced for what you get. I wouldn’t even pay 100$ a night for this place. Very disappointed in the Hilton brand and Expedia. Water park was rundown and sharp points all over several people in our group cut them selves in the lazy river. I would avoid at all costs!"

"I stay in hotel about 100 nights a year and this was the filthiest, most disgusting ever. The management should be ashamed. The rug in the room was crusted with black dirt. And the bathroom was filthy. Horrible pot holes greeted you as you enter the property. I will never stay there again"

"The breakfast offering never changed. It would be nice to perhaps rotate the menu perhaps ever orher day. Other than that our stay was ver nice. I would recommend this location to orhers."

"Room a bit outdated - great pools but not enough shade areas. Good food at the pool and good service poolside and at the bar. Lots of walking to get around but they have shuttles "

"This place is a dump!! Homeless people wander around the parking lots, trash everywhere! The clerk could not find the time to help us locate our room. The room was filthy!! Mold in the shower, pubic hair on the bathroom floor, carpets not vaccumed, closet doors falling apart, looks like someone threw an egg on the wall and it was never cleaned up, holes in the sheets, stained sheets and lastly... boogers on the bathroom walls. There was a fire that broke out and the fire alarms did not go off. Three rooms were destroyed in the fire. That night they cut the power to the building and did not go around to tell people. No power in 90 degree temps in the middle of the night while sleeping...."
