「The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that 」

「The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. 「Very cozy spot to return to after hours of exploring. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the shops nearby. The easy access to interstate 5 was also a plus. Personally I found the bed and linens very soft and comfortable. Even though the top floor was being rented out, the neighbors upstairs were very quiet and we had 0 issues. Also the little patio outside was very lovely. We would return again, especially for the location and the ability to park our rental car.」

「The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.」

「This was a great property for our family. We especially enjoyed the location and back patio. We didn’t have a car and used the light rail system for all of our exploring in the city. Having a market a few blocks away was really nice for our snacking needs!! We ended most nights sitting outside on the back patio enjoying the gorgeous weather. Quiet, friendly neighbors. The only real noise was from the Highway nearby, but it wasn’t too bad.」

"空港シャトルバスは、予約をせずにホテルのシャトルバスを見つけて乗るスタイルでしたシャトルバス乗り場の3Aにいると1番最初に見つけられると思います大体15分おきに出ているようです (あせらず待ちましょう) シャトルバス乗り場にある電話は利用ができなかった(壊れている)が根気よく待っているとバスが来るようですいろんなホテルのシャトルバスが来るので、探すのが大変ですが見つけたときの喜びは計り知れませんチェックインの際に、翌日のシャトルバスの予約をします出発の10分前にはロビー前にいて下さいと言う案内がありました朝食は、いろいろな種類があり、特にお粥がおいしかったですホットミールもあるので、アメリカンブレックファーストチェックイン後、ロビーにはコーヒーやお茶、そしてクッキーなどが無料でサービスされていましたお部屋にはシャワーのみで、浴槽が付いていないタイプでした空港に近いので、10分ぐらい翌朝のフライトにとても便利です "
